In situations like this, we ask customers to contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos so we can properly evaluate the condition of the plants upon arrival. Unfortunately, we did not receive any communication or photos before the review was posted.
Plants can undergo significant stress during shipping and may yellow or turn pale during transit. It is important to gradually reacclimate them to light and water after unpacking. On our end, we keep thorough documentation of plant condition before orders leave our facility.
Your order was shipped using Ground service, which means the 18 plants were in transit and boxed for five full days. This does not include any additional time before the plants were unpacked and assessed. As outlined in our refund policy, we are unable to guarantee plants shipped using non-priority methods, as extended time in transit can significantly increase plant stress.
