Madness Dragon's Nectar is the hottest version of our Nectar's. It is still a great addition to any dish or drink that needs some sweetening and spice. Sidestep version is a fusion of of all the hots we grow on the farm during a year. Dizzy Lizzie loves it poured on anything but if she is cooking it is a great addition to stir frys. Tractor Man throws it in his home made marinades. And we are working on creating a Mocktail with it. Unfortunately, we are not big drinkers so we leave the alcoholic version to you. As they are available, try all the nectars! Each version tastes like the pepper it is associated with!
