Masquerade is at the top of our list. While it is not as prolific as some of the other varieties, we still can never seem to get enough of this. It has a wild color that customers rave about with its shiny purple skin splashed with large yellow splotches. Underneath the skin is a delectable dark yellow flesh that is excellent roasted or baked.
