Like many of our products, our Sweet Pepper Relish began with an abundance of fresh peppers and a little kitchen creativity. Our chickens love sweet peppers, but we couldn’t let them have all the good stuff! So, as a family, we created a relish that lets everyone enjoy the harvest. With a few secret ingredients and plenty of flavor, it has become a customer favorite—often selling out faster than we can make it.
